Frequently asked questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. 200 free credits every month, forever — not a trial. Any email address works, and no credit card is required.
Do free credits refresh?
Yes. Free credits renew every month and never expire as a plan. Unused credits don’t carry over — you get a fresh 200 each month.
How are credits calculated?
You pay per level of depth, per person. A search result is 1 credit. A full profile adds 4. Verified contact adds 2 for email and 6 for phone, each charged only when found. Next Move Signal adds 10. A full record (result + profile + contact) is 13 credits; with Next Move Signal, 23.
What am I charged for?
Only data you receive. Empty fields, errors, retries, and zero-result searches are never charged. A contact lookup that finds nothing costs nothing.
What happens if I exceed my credit limit?
You choose. Extra usage is off by default — approve it once and nothing ever stops: extra credits bill at $39 per 1000 credits on Free, $31 on Starter, $28 on Growth, and $26 on Pro. Without approval, we pause at your limit and the notice gives you two one-click links: approve extra usage or upgrade. Either way you’re warned at 80%, and Free simply resets next month.
