Pricing questions
How are credits calculated?
You pay per level of depth, per person. A search result is 1 credit. A full profile adds 4. Verified contact adds 2 for email and 6 for phone, each charged only when found. Next Move Signal adds 10. A full record (result + profile + contact) is 13 credits; with Next Move Signal, 23.
What am I charged for?
Only data you receive. Empty fields, errors, retries, and zero-result searches are never charged. A contact lookup that finds nothing costs nothing.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing month. Annual plans work differently: all credits are granted up front and stay valid for 12 months.
Is annual billing available?
Yes. Annual billing is 10% off everything — the plan and extra credits. All credits are granted up front and stay valid for 12 months.
